I'm Lila Jaber and in 2015, I started the Florida’s Women in Energy Leadership Forum (FWELF) to increase workplace diversity in the energy industry. By celebrating the success women leaders in the energy industry have demonstrated in growing Florida’s economy and diversifying an already tremendous workforce, we can inform, inspire, and motivate others to join. This is more than a Forum/conference. We're making a difference using our voices, relationships, and expertise to connect people and grow their opportunities. I'm passionate about diversity and INCLUSION.
